Where is the concert?
The concert will take place at the Edmonton Convention Centre, Edmonton, Alberta. ECC is located in Downtown Edmonton-a 30 minute drive from Edmonton International Airport (YEG)
What age do I have to be?
All ages are welcomed. Children under 3 go free !
What are the concert times?
Set times and breakdowns will be revealed before the concert begins. Keep up to date by signing up to the mailing list or following us on Instagram.
Can I purchase or set-up an exhibitor space for Creeks ?
We appreciate your interest; however, we do not offer exhibitor space at our concert.
How do I become a volunteer at Creeks ?
Volunteer’s play a very important role in our event. If you would like to become a volunteer, please apply here.
Are cameras or videography allowed at Creeks?
Professional cameras (DSLR or with a detachable lens), flash photography, or video or audio recordings are not allowed without an approved photo pass. We urge to be respectful and not distract others when taking personal memories.
Can I bring food and drink into the concert?
No food or drink will be allowed into the concert.
Can I bring a bag into the concert?
Bags equal to or smaller than an A4 sheet of paper are allowed. We strongly encourage the use of clear (see through) bags in order help speed up the entry process for everyone attending. Backpacks and Large bags are not allowed.
What is the cost of Creeks ?
The current price for Creeks starts at $49. Volunteer’s do not have to purchase a ticket but are responsible for all additional travel expenses.
How do I pay for my ticket?
You may purchase a ticket online and pay with a credit or debit card. Please note that you will be redirected to a Eventbrite event page to purchase your tickets.
Can tickets be cancelled ?
Tickets purchased for Creeks are non-refundable.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else ?
Can additional tickets be added to an existing order?
No. All additional tickets for your group will need to be registered in a separate order at the current ticket price.
Can separate ticket orders be merged?
No. All additional ticket orders must be purchased at the current ticket price. Orders of the same price and orders of different ticket prices cannot be merged. All seating is general admission, so this will not prevent your group from finding seats together.
What happens if the concert is cancelled ?
In the event of a cancellation, all ticket holders will be refunded. Eventbrite’s fee if non-refundable.
